My name is Melanie Smallwood and I run a business consultancy that provides services across, Business Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Buying & Merchandise Planning, Business Development and Team Coaching & Development.

 

My clients range from International luxury department stores to Luxury Fashion e-commerce businesses, Private Equity Banks, large scale multi brand fashion e-commerce businesses and Tech Start Ups including, large multi brand retailers and pure E-commerce multi brands players.

With over 25 years of fashion industry experience, I have led commercial, buying and merchandising strategies, across a variety of businesses. From driving business transformation for Harvey Nichols, Riyadh to building a successful curation strategy for eBay and most recently working for a large scale multi-brand fashion e-commerce business operating three ventures across 12 emerging markets.
